Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (No Saturday Access)

No entry permitted at the Round Meadow Gate until 9:00 a.m. when school is in session
No heavy equipment on Saturdays.

A list of Properties with Architectural Committee Approval will be provided to the Gate Operations Officers each Friday.

All other Services Vehicles & Service Providers

*Gardeners & Tree Trimmers Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Gardeners must turn off all motorized equipment by 1:00 pm, but may work until 4:00 pm.

  • Contractors (including contractors coming to pick up paperwork,
    checks, give estimates, etc.)

  • Pool service

  • Window washers

  • Fish tank maintenance

  • Mobile vehicle washers and/or detailers

  • Water delivery (Sparkletts, Arrowhead, etc.)

  • Mobile pet grooming vehicles

  • Construction related activities or deliveries,
    i.e. building supplies (No Saturdays)

  • Drop off or pick up of construction supplies,
    machinery or equipment (No Saturdays)

  • Drop off and pick up of "roll off" bins (No Saturdays)

For Emergencies: Request approval from Gate Committee member or Board Members

  • Tree trimmers– Not allowed

  • Contractors on Construction projects – Not allowed

  • Large commercial vehicles or heavy pieces of equipment – Not allowed

  • Construction related activities or deliveries, i.e. building supplies – Not allowed

    Drop off or pick up of construction supplies, machinery or equipment – Not allowed

  • Drop off and pick up of "roll off" bins – Not allowed
