The Association's community facilities exist for the use and enjoyment of its residents, and they may never be used exclusively for residents' private functions.
However, residents are permitted to use the outdoor facilities for small private parties and functions so long as the events are designed such that they do not to monopolize the facilities and they do permit other residents to use them at the same time. Residents interested in having parties at the community facilities are encouraged to contact the office to check the schedule for community events and other private parties. Depending on the type of event, the Association might require insurance.
Residents may NOT use the community facilities for private events during community events. None of the indoor facilities may not be used for private events.
